1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DukanBoxx (AI Shop Manager), operated at aishopmanager.com (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for safeguarding your password, and for all activity in your workspace. One account may manage one or more business workspaces; you must not access a workspace you are not authorised to use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to process unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or breach security controls, or exceed the limits of your plan.
4. Your data
Your business data (products, customers, sales, CRM records and files) belongs to you. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time; cancellation never deletes your data automatically.
5. Multi-tenant workspaces
DukanBoxx is a multi-tenant platform: every business operates in its own logically isolated workspace. All records carry your business identity and are checked against your login on every request — a user from another business cannot list, view or edit your data. You must not attempt to access, probe or interfere with another tenant's workspace, and you are responsible for who you invite into yours (staff permissions, role grants and revocation).
6. Memberships and payments
Paid membership plans are described on the pricing page. Memberships may be temporarily unavailable during launch; where a paid membership is purchased, billing is handled by Razorpay and plans activate only after the provider verifies payment. Free workspace access is provided at the platform's discretion and may change.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, available on this site.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in-app where possible.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DukanBoxx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Restricted goods (alcohol, tobacco and narcotics)
DukanBoxx catalogues may not list, advertise or bill alcohol, tobacco, narcotics or other controlled recreational substances. This applies to product names, descriptions, category names, POS open-billing items, voice-created products and any bulk import.
Attempts to add a restricted item are rejected with a clear message instead of being saved silently. Existing catalogue records are never deleted or rewritten automatically: the merchant remains in control of their data, and public storefronts and customer-facing catalogue pages stop displaying restricted items until they are renamed or archived.
Lawful prescription medicines are not part of this rule; it targets recreational and illegal drugs, alcohol and tobacco. This restriction exists so that shops using DukanBoxx stay within Google Play's restricted-content policy. It does not prevent a licensed shop from keeping its own statutory records elsewhere.
