Overview

AI Shop Manager is an intelligent business platform currently under development. This privacy policy applies to this public coming-soon website, not to the future AI Shop Manager product, which will publish its own policy before launch.

Form submissions (early access & contact)

When you submit the early-access form or the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, business type and, for contact messages, your message) are sent through a secure serverless API and delivered as a notification to our official mailbox, [email protected].

We use your details only to respond to you and to send AI Shop Manager launch updates if you asked for them. Your email address is used as the Reply-To of the notification so the team can reply directly to you; it is never used as the sender. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website. Basic spam protection (a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting) is applied to the forms.

Information we do not collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and no user accounts exist on this website.

Third-party services

Form notifications are delivered through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf. Only the details you submit through the forms are included in those notifications. Apart from hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and this email delivery, no data is shared with third-party services.

When the product launches

When the AI Shop Manager platform launches, a complete product privacy policy will be published describing exactly what data the product collects, why it is collected, how it is protected and how you can control it.
