Account and business deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your DukanBoxx user account. We verify the account email first. A request is reviewed manually — submitting it does not delete anything immediately. To close a business workspace you own, sign in and open Account & Security → Delete account or business.

This is a request, not an immediate deletion. We verify identity and ownership first. Nothing is removed by submitting this form.

What do you want to delete?My user accountRemoves your login and personal profile. Business workspaces, staff accounts, invoices, tax records and financial history are not deleted with it. If you own a workspace, ownership must be transferred first.

What is kept, and why

Invoices, tax records, sales, payments and accounting entries are retained for the legal retention period, even after a workspace is closed.
Shared tenant data is never deleted because one user account is closed. Other owners/staff keep their workspace.
Backups may contain the data until they rotate out under the backup policy.
Security/audit logs of the request are retained to prove the request was handled.

After review, account/profile data is removed or anonymised. Records DukanBoxx must keep by law are not deleted.
